On Saturday we went to visit some friends in the church, who have become more than just church friends. They have 4 lively children and Oscar loves being with them (even if it is a little bit overwhelming for him at times). The children will be in the Sunday school class when Oscar begins to attend soon, (This is called Primary in our church), so getting to know them before hand will be of great benefit when it comes to spending 3 hours every Sunday in Church.
Spending time as a family, with another family is such a wonderful thing to do, and although it can be hectic, there are such rewards for both children and adults alike. I view it as a great privilege to be welcomed into another families home and share their time, their company, their food and their drink and their love for each other.
The sun is shining here today (which inspired me to change my top banner to something more colourful), I hope it is shining on you to where ever you are.
